Terms of Service

EastLink lets musicians create public artist pages with links, social icons, music sections, themes, and stats. You must use the service lawfully and keep your account access secure.

• You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your artist page.
• We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, security issues, or a serious violation of these terms.

You keep ownership of the content you add to EastLink. By publishing a page, you allow EastLink to host, display, process, and route that content so the service can work.

You must not publish links or content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, infringing, malicious, or unsafe.

• Premium costs 4.99 EUR per month after any active trial or promotion.
• Premium includes unlimited manual links, Premium themes, automatic Spotify and YouTube music sections, and deeper stats.
• Payments and subscription management are handled by Stripe.
• You can cancel from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the Stripe subscription settings shown at checkout or in the portal.

EastLink integrates with Google, Stripe, Spotify, YouTube, Vercel, and database providers. These services have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, or content availability outside our control.

We aim to keep EastLink reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features when needed, including to comply with laws, provider rules, or security needs.

EastLink is provided as a SaaS tool. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, lost opportunities, third-party API outages, or content you choose to publish.
